Why would I need to wait for a CSR? In the last year I've called in to talk to a CSR two times and I expect the same or less this year. If you get a high quality phone and the right plan for yourself and pay your bills auto/internet everythings cool. (IMO)
Plus, when I did call in to ask a question I waited about a minute, so I guess doubling the # of customers means next time I'll have to wait, what, TWO minutes...OMG

Att doesn't have better coverage. How do you have roaming areas on a GSM plan?

roaming to me is a gimmick to get more money out of a subscriber. look at the nationwide coverage for each carrier. ### per their coverage maps, att has more coverage in western states. tdma/gsm maps in west is almost the same in west.
