Does anyone know what the new rate plans coming out at the end of the month are?

the only hint my rep gave me was that the plans will be pretty much the same except the possibility of $9.99 add a line on 39.99 and higher again
...
well that i guess is better than no change to the rate plans I appreciate the info its been driving me nuts
