XBM... help! (looking for policy clarification)
If a customer has an active acct on the blue side and has an orange phone, is there any way they can do XBM thru orange? My gut tells me "uh, no. They don't have an orange acct" but I am just looking for 100% clarification. I just talked to a customer with an LG L1400 and told her that we don't support it here (bc it's Cingular equipment) and that Cingular's program won't support it (bc she has a blue acct, not orange). I was right, right?

I would refer her to the manufacturer or to a technical store if available. You can't exchange orange equipment on ...
