improving dead spots

I seem to remember that years ago carriers would allow you to report dead spot areas and then, probably if they got enough requests, would do something like put an antenna around there. Does ATT have such an option? And how and who does one call? That map is pointless, subpar is ridiculous it means nothing.

Any thoughts. Like GSM but horrible at home (west los angeles) so have a VZ and ATT phone. They did put up a TMob antenna problem is that it doesnt work anywhere else 😉

call 611 or 1-800-331-0500


tell cust service where its at at they should put in a commitment to have a network tech call u in about 3-5 days
more people that complain faster it could get fixed
...
