C.S reps opion ?
Today I called cs to figure out why I haven't been getting data coverage for my blackberry in my wasn't rude , just explained that my service has been off and on in my area in reference to the data. She credited my account $250.00 dollars. I have only maybe had 3 or 4 problems in 4 years of service.Is that something you cs reps normally do .Just wondering ,I have nothing bad to say about AT&T.They have always been great to me but is this a usual practice?

You either got a rep who was in a very good mood, stupid, or has a new job already lined up and wants to give away the cow before they quit.
