Pandora?
We're currently with Sprint, but our contract is up so we're shopping. It used to be, Pandora was exclusive with Sprint...but we were in an AT&T store a couple of weeks ago looking at phones and one of them had Pandora loaded on it. The rep in the store had never heard of Pandora, and had no idea how much the monthly fee is. Can anyone help? My dh loves the Pandora on his Sprint phone...

It is available with AT&T. I don't know the specifics (pricing, etc) but we were told it's available. Not many people are interested in it, so we never really looked into it that much...

It is $8.99/mon and you will want an unlimited data plan as well. If you get a standard phone (ie. a non-pda phone) it will cost you $15/mon for unlimited data, any smart phone/blackberry/pda will be $30/mon for the unlimited data.

Pandora is a streaming-music service. You can access it for free on your PC, I think it's pandora.com. You choose a genre, or even an artist, then Pandora builds a playlist for you. You have the choice to keep or reject the songs they suggest. It's very cool.
We've decided to stay with Sprint. Not only is Pandora much cheaper over there, but the family plan we'd need would cost us $50/mo more with AT&T. Yikes!

We have two lines which share 550 minutes for $59.99; Power Vision and Pandora on one and just internet access on the other. Plus taxes and such we pay about $105/month, and that includes unlimited picture mail, which would be extra with AT&T. We figured two lines with unlimited internet, picture mail, and Pandora would cost us over $150.
