the motorola t720 is a heap. your only hope is to do a "master reset" on the phone. make sure you are turning your phone off at least every other day. there is a firmware upgrade that will fix the problem with current motorola clamshells, but the t720 will not get such an upgrade. if the master reset doesn't work, get a new phone entirely.
