1) READ THE FINE PRINT! Some indirect dealers have additional terms and conditions above the service providers'. Some may pertain to contract/rate plan/phone pricing/"deposits" etc...know exactly what you are signing up for, and ask as many questions as it takes.
2) When ordering your equipment, and the key word is order, your chosen service provider is not responsible for the initial equipment. If any mis-haps take place it's going to be between you and the indirect dealer (letstalk.com). Not saying that there will be, but just another thing to consider versus buying company direct, if not from a retail store wh...

Now that being said, if the service gets turned off for any reason, like lost/stolen phone(s), vacation/seasonal, involuntary do to non payment, any reason turned off, they charge that fee to you, which is directly charged to your credit card, which you must provide in order to order the phones from them

I checked out Bizrate.com and they have about an 85% approval rating from consumers... which is kind of low, if you ask me. Many of the complaints have to do with product errors, like incomplete programming and whatnot.
I decided not to order from them because it just didn't seem comfortable to do so
