need help!!!

i need help. any advice is appreciated. my phone fell into a puddle as i was getting out of my car tonight, and is now not working properly ☹️ . no display at all. it still rings but volume is very low. is there a chance i can get a new phone, i do not have insurance. i have heard in the past sometimes they offer early upgrades for scenarios like this, is that true?? still trying to dry phone out, maybe it will work later.

a couple of options. for early upgrade, it depends on how long you've been in contract and what you're average monthly charges are. however, there are now quite a few refurbished phones that can be bought at low cost. there is a nokia 2610..refurbished $19.99 and new $39.99. these are available thru your online account, over the phone or at company store locations.
