Do any of you like calling this company.

I swear they make up a new answer everytime i call. just want to rant cause they dont seem to have a stright answer.

they do suck their going to start charging 125 deductible for pda phones. â˜šī¸

I was under the impression that was just for the tilt....but hey, at least they offer insurance for the PDA phones now.


Plus I wont be the one that has to tell them its $125. I will leave that to the monkeys they got workin for asurion. 😉

They may suck because of the different answers they tend to give out but i don't think that they suck because they will be charging $125 deductibles for PDA's. I think they are doing every person working for at&t and the customers a break by actually covering their devices because we PDA's could still be uninsurable 😁

do you know what 'recondtion' means? and have you ever had one? most phones i buy are 'recondtion' because of the discount and nothing is different from brand new phones and i save money... maybe you shouldn't sit so high on your horse.

I work warranty, and I have personally seen people get screwed with refurb phones...

They buy a new one and have to send it in and they get caught in the vicious cycle of getting sent refurb phones that need to be replaced every other month or so untill their warranty runs out....

Not that it happens to EVERY remanufactured phone, but its the risk you take when you knowingly buy one.


....Also, they only come with a 90 day warranty on them, which is not that long when your looking at a 2 year contract.

but, the new phone was defective as well. new or refurb, they will have problems...

True...but the risk of it going bad greatly increases when its a refurb phone.

Jeeeze you guys,

You are going to pay $5 a month for two years and a $125 deductible and deal with the hassle of trying to collect to save.......maybe $200

Are things that bad you have to insure yourselves against a $200 loss? I guess none of you own Ipods. LOL
