Pleasant Service Experience

Thought I'd share a pleasant customer service experience I had yesterday... My wife has an SE W580i and all of a sudden the display went crazy and you couldn't read any menus, messages, etc. It was all just black garbled text on top of the wallpaper.

The phone was about 110 days old and had no insurance on it, so I was afraid of what my service options might be. I looked online and learned that there was an AT&T Device Support Center very close to my home.

I walked in with the phone, spoke to the rep, and in about 15 minutes he handed me a replacement, refurbished phone, identical to the one I brought in. It was pretty quick and painless, and I was pleasantly surprised.

that is why i like verizon i do not have to go to any special store for repleacement....just hit any verizon corp store and if it's under one years old they had u a new one. glad you got it fixed
