Can you reset the Palm 750 to the Palm OS?

VolumeCare works on most Palm phones but not the 750. So it must be software dependent. So if I reset the 750 to the Palm OS I should be able to install VolumeCare.

No - it is a Windows Mobile device, using that as the operating system. It is not a "reset", just like you cannot "reset" your PC to Macintosh's OS
