Text Alerts
So I stopped getting text alerts the other day...I go back to att's website and now I've gotta pay for everything???? Is this right? I don't want picture alerts or anything, why are they charging for just txt alerts now when nobody else does???????????

Yea my horoscope came everyday for like 2 years, then nothing.. at least a warning would have been nice.

Yep, I had a bunch of the text alerts coming to me everyday and they just stopped. The best part is that no one at Care can tell me why, just go to the site, reregister and start paying for them. Sorry, I had these alerts coming to me for free (or at least for just the cost of a text message) for almost 8 years. I won't do it. And yes, it would have been nice to get some kind of notice that they were just going away.

Yeah, me too! I remember going to adjust the alerts in early May and reading they were chnging the site and to come back on June 3, 2008. And that's when the free texts stopped. Thanks, at&t... way to gouge your customers.
