3G Iphone....currently under contact
Some say you will be able to upgrade if you are currently under contract on a regular phone, some say you will NOT.......what is the deal?!

Everything I have read so far states it has not been decided yet if you can upgrade early & get some type of discount. I am interested as well to see what the price will be since I heard they will not be selling it at retail to anyone. I think they are still in the process of making a final decision on this. Hope they decide soon!
