Online Ordering -Why So Slow?
I order ATT service this past Saturday morning and still cannot access the tracking of the order number via the link supplied in the confirmation email.
I ordered online so I didn't have to spend time on the phone with customer service ... but should I give them a call or just wait longer?

yea and gets screwed by the price 98% of the time always cheaper to do it on-line and just call customer care we can pull order by just typing in your number

people like u who make us look bad in the store .... do u not realize we can price match in the store if we have to ...

In my past experience with ordering online, You will receive your order before you are able to track it. Hang in there, you will get it sooner than you think.
