I dont think I can work in the Telesales dept anymore. I want to do the transition to a store (corporate preferably) And I have way too many questions. Please email me!
My job went from being a fun place to work at, to a place in which you trade bits of your soul for money! I can't take all the new Quality scores, and pretty much all that they've put on our call flow. It's almost impossible to get a good score.

cor (where i used to work for a local carrier, ntelos): you basically have the ability to solve anything at your fingertips. you usually make a little more at cor also. less flexible hours though.

my opinion i would go with working at an authorized retailer. y...
