is xbm outsourced to india now? i have had nothing but problems and cant understand half of the agents anymore. this is ridiculous.

im pretty sure they are cant understand them and when they say there name and you ask them to spell it they get pissed!! i think only got like 2 english speaking reps from there in like mnths i feel your pain sigma

It's been months since I've heard an Indian accent when calling XBM. I would say that the Phillipines are a more likely suspect.
