how do you feel about...
the 100% customer sastifaction policy? 😕

it sucks for sales. after a sale the customer gets a call and rate how you were on a scale of 1-5 with 1 being lowest and 5 being highest. if the customer gives you all 5 and one 4 (out of 6 different categories) you fail... unless you get all 5's you fail. if a customer was happy with their purchase and rated you honestly and thought that you were better than average, you fail. and that is what our performance reviews are rated on now.

its unrealistic but there trying to change the Post call surveys to questions that if you didnt everything to a perfect T the customers opinion wont ding you they had like previosuly for customer service PCS on a scale of 1-5 how would you recommend ATT? always got dingd on that we fought that and supposedly there changing it or something
