I accidentally put the wrong amount when I paid my bill... I'm not complaining because I gotta use it anyways, but my question is, is it possible to buy a phone and have then just deduct money from my account? I have like a 600 dollar credit. LOL.

only way this can be done is buy having the phone billed to your mobile account you could get if if your elig to upgrade or at full retail but BTM is very scarce anymore customer care cant do it best bet is to call customers lifecycle management they can i know this but only up to a certain price i think there limit is $250
