iPhone round SIM card
I have heard a rumor going around that the iPhone has or had a circular SIM card which violates GSM standards. Is there any truth to this and if so I want to see a picture. I've tried googling this and have found nothing

I know it's just someone was trying to tell me that the iPhone when it first came out used a circular SIM card and I know Apple loves doing their own thing but they use GSM and one of the things that makes GSM GSM is the SIM card. The SIM card is a global standard. I don't think ATT nor the GSMa would allow such a thing to happen.
