MEdia Plans

Okay I need a little help on this because I am not sure what's the diffrence between MEdia net, MEdia basics, etc. Please someone explain to me what these are! I know they are internet access on the phones but what are the diffrences in these plans? I tried reading it on the website but I guess I am still not clear. Sorry if this is a dumb question but I am new to Cingular... 🤭

Media Net is basically the Internet for the cell phone...

Cingular also has Media Packages which include Internet, Text Messaging, and Multimedia Messaging. Current Media packages are:
Media Basics:
250 Text Messages
50 Multimedia Messages
1 MB of Internet (Media Net)

Media Works:
1500 Text Messages
200 Multimedia Messages
Unlimited Internet(Media Net)

MEdia Net, formerly Wireless Internet Express, is the product name for Cingular's Wireless Internet service utilizing GPRS and is available via monthly packages or pay per use. Uhoh! Looks like CSP is out of date! CSD is not included with WIX any longer.

The Media packages and Pay per use WIX only include wireless internet access from the phone..

If you want to use CSD its gonna cost 3.99 per month...

Oh man thanks again! I think I will be adding that to my plan it seems like a good add-on. Wow I think I really am going to like this service! 😎
