General Question for all
Hey just wondering if anyone knows for sure if North Carolina has started the Handsfree Device required for driving law or not. I have been told there were not doing it yet but i just caught word that they did put it into affect July 1st. Just wondering if anyone knows what is correct?

No there is no hands free law unless you are 18 and under then you aren't allowed to use the phone at all, hands free or not. It was just a rumor that we were going hands free statewide. W-S, NC BTW.

yea thats what i had heard to but on the second my dad called me from work and said that they had just gotten a memo from the company he works for saying that NC was going to that law to.
I know they are doing the under 18 law but they have to drive trucks for work and they were told unless they had one they could be pulled over. i would not think a big company would lie to just make it safer for the drives ya know but i may be wrong
