XM Radio streamed to my phone.
With my last phone I had no problem(samsung a717). I recently bought the samsung blackjack 2 and it gives a 3 day trial period which I used with no problem, but once it was over it asks to download the program, it downloads, but when I launch it, it doesn't properly launch.
I call 611 and talk to the rep, and he says that there isn't a download available for it...

he said there wasn't a download available for the XM or for your paticular device? i have it on my phone(BB 8310) and it does fine.
