i think what you meant was. there's internet blocks that allow you to still send text messages. however you won't be able to send mms

no there aren't anything new. before you had the basic packages and you cannot put a block because the system will do a sweep and remove the block and put the ppu back on without notification.

with that being said you still use the same internet blocks (NWIX for care markets) on any text messaging packages including family text.

have you not been reading up on up-to-date information? because this was an issue in all markets
