iPhone no stereo bluetooth?!
I just thought that this was funny as hell! Also how is the picture messaging going to work? Sorry to start a flame war! 🤣 Oh and by the way I have plenty of Dares to go around if anyone wants to switch from a sub par carrier. This is the exact reason why Verizon PASSED on the iPhone. I dont know about the whole Verizon bit but yes i do think its quite foolish for a "multimedia" device (especially one with the Apple branding to play MUSIC) not have stereo bluetooth. 🤨

I had to throw in the whole Verizon bit in there. I just think that its funny how it cant play music or send picture messages. Yeah stereo bt kind of sucks at times but its something they should have put in there. Apple has WAY too much control over this device.

I agree. Picture messaging is a no brainer.
Most people don't use stereo bluetooth, but it would have been great to push the bt headsets.
Apple must be doing something right because all these people lined up last night for 'em.

Yeah Kinda like the control Verizon has over its customers AND phones,the IPhad belongs with Verizon.

at least the camera on the iphone has zoom, sprint didnt even give the instinct zoom. to be honest, i would settle for no video before i settled for no zoom or camera settings

Digital Zoom is a gimmick that has no beneficial use. Get a 5 MP camera phone and crop the zoom area for far better results

You can buy a little plug in device and plugs into the charger port on the iphone and that will inable stereo bluetooth, and it is small enough that it is not an inconvenience to have it plugged into your phone, it does not add much onto the size

Thats beside the point its a FRIGGIN IPHONE! FROM THE PREMIERE MUSIC PHONE MAKER and you have to ADD s device common to much lesser players and phones? Even my N95's have Stereo BT without having to ad gadgets.....!!

Thanks for the help but I would seriously never buy it. Joe is right for once. Why should I have to add something to a phone that is so music oriented?! I just laugh at it to be honest. I will stick with my Dare. Much better IMO than the 3g iphone. I have messed around with a friend of mines and honestly not impressed.

If you have Verizon the Dare is better than the iphone in many ways, IF Verizon was as free and flexible as ATT I would consider the Dare as its the best phone I have seen on Verizon. Not as featured as my 95 but nicer than the iphone.

if im mistaken im sorry but according to the article in wireline it was apple that passed on Verizon cause Verizon wanted to much control over pricing and what the phone could and couldnt do.....and at&t and apple worked out a 5 year plan so they can both benefit from the phone, and its capabilities and limits, im guessing at&t understands that when a product comes out you dont let it do everything right away cause they would loose money in the long run, so at&t did a smart thing by negotiating on the contract.....From what I have been told according to my resources Apple dose not think Stereo Bluetooth is good enough quality for the Iphone

They're right, stereo bluetooth is not that good on any phone. People that want serious sound quality buy a good pair of wired headphones.
If Sprint could get their customer service act together they would be a good fit for the iphone on the CDMA side. IMO.
