Ok so its my second day on the phones for the Cingular side and no customers screaming at me, cussing at me, etc. I have noticed just in the past two days the patience and kindness they have. I like this already 🙂

I do apologize for that but as an old ATTWS rep, we had it done everyday. I do still take blue calls on sundays so im sure i havent seen the end of it but I am enjoying it for now.

Hey I am glad you have not had to deal with irate customers there mean đŸ‘ŋ. plus what kind of salesman would I be if I didn't get chewed out everyonce and a while.lol 😁

Lol yea thats true. And yes I know, my third day on the phones with ATTWS I went home and cried because of a customer â˜šī¸ I know how bad it can get. đŸ˜ŗ

So whats different? How are the systems? Was the training informative enough? I need to know because I have orange training later in the month before I go to all-Cingular.

Pay attention in training take in as much as you can. We have a more experienced rep with us atm helping us for a couple weeks. The systems look difficult but once you get in and actually start using them (if your in telegence) its not that bad im actually liking the changes. 😁

Yes its not a bad thing to be going through this, although i did go into it thinking that 🙂 but i changed my mind and im only on my second day lol
