Iphone Data Plan Question

Hi,

Can I pop in my SIM in wife's 3G iphone? I only have the media max plan? Would I get in trouble?

No you wouldn't get in trouble, but you would end up with huge data charges. That is why they require the data plan. The Iphone does automatic updates all the time.
