Oh my goodness
A customer just came into the store with a problem. He was asking if we had a loaner phone due to he left his IPHONE on the back of his bumper and drove off 😕 Man oh man.

I've seen that in the VZW store. The female Rep, in a completely calm, straight face, looked at him and said, "No, you apparently aren't responsible to handle the one you already had so I am not going to give you a loaner. Next in line please."
