So what does the FAN number do? The company I work for isn't a two bit joint if you know what I mean.
Also, venting as I look online for phones, and noticed the only good ones are going to cost you about 500 - 600 dollars unlocked, and it just ticked me off because I got the shine when it first came out and it broke 4 or 5 days past the thirty day period, and in return I got a Samsung SLM which is about as good as the SYNC, which was horrible, the earpiece and reception is sub par. I can't help but feel screwed over though ...

No, the discount isn't there, just charges
It would show up under that section and say "national account discount".
Secondly, we have gone over this already, it is on my account, it shows it when I log in, but I am not seeing the savings anywhere it's supposed to show up.
But at this point i don't care, from now on I am buying unlocked phones so i just need phone service so, that is what my mind is set on now, not caring.

Were you unhappy with the Shine? Why did you accept the A747 in place of it? You are still under warranty, call and request a different phone or the original phone model you had.

The shine was a piece of junk as well, HORRIBLE reception, couldn't keep a signal to save its life, and the slider broke and wouldn't close the phone uless you forced it.
yes i will have to buy an unlocked phone but as much as i work i also pay for tuition so i watch my money consumption religously.
I came to ATT for the second time in 2006
I would call back and escalate if needed, but request something not LG and not Samsung.
Tuition and money budgeting is the reason I signed the agreement and bought a phone to sell, it offset my unlocked phone cost by about $200.
Taxes have probably gone up to almost double since 2006, a small 5% discount could be offsetting the difference.

Nothing personal, its just that it didn't work for me, i get great coverage, plus I am not an LG or Samsung fan and that is pretty much all that the cell companies in the US use so i am not going to go from one co to another co, especially to a service that i know doesn't work well where i am at, but thank you.
Also I do have a 3G signal, if anyone cares.

The only benefit of having a 0% fan is that you are routed to at7t business care as opposed to regular customer care.
I think bus care is worse anyway. I will get you that discount code if you need it. Since you have a houston market number, I can personally attach it.
