Business upgrade question
I know you guys have seen this before...but just want to ask since things have changed...
I have 2 lines of service with both of them having a business discount. I have had the 1st line 1 year. My total bill for that line is approximately $130 a month. The 2nd line is a wireless connect card that is 60 a month.
My blackberry (line #1) is totally screwed. I've used it everyday for 12 hours a day for the entire year. The line is on a 2 year contract... if I need to upgrade today..what kind of discount will I get?

Check online or in a store about your upgrade eligibility. Being that you have a MRC over $100 and have had your contract more than 12 months you are probable eligible for full two year discounts. Or you could do an exception upgrade if not, resign for two years and get one year pricing, about $75 more, or no commitment pricing.
