does at&t track dropped calls?
are there any network guys out there actually tracking dropped calls. for the past 3 weeks or so I've been dropping calls on the same street, pretty much at the same spot (I never dropped calls in said area)
there's gotta be some network issue, cause my phone refuses to hand off... I know I'm about to drop the call cause it'd get garbled, I look at my phone, and I'd barely have a bar. As soon as the call drops, :-o full bars.

they do but in order to make them fix it faster. call customer service and have them fill out a network incident tracker and you even can be notified when it gets fixed

is your market 3G already? if not i know there are issues in the markets that are getting ready for 3G

my market has been 3g since late 2006. oh, this happens on my old w810 (GSM)

not sure. i haven't been keeping up with a lot but in know in some markets they are re-tuning a lot of towers. maybe in your area they are doing that and unfortunately they can only do it during the day because it's an osha violation to work on towers at night.
