Phoenix vs Telegence
Am I the only one who HATES doing changes through Phoenix?? I like Telegence.. I'm good with telegence.. It takes so much longer to go and click validate a million times before changing something... grr..

well i dont know about telegence. but i hate phoenix, although it is alot faster now. but care is much more simple and suprisingly really fast

Only issue I had with a care account is that I noted the account and saw my notes in the memo's. Well, I pulled the account back up and saw nothing.

Yeah the conversion to telegence is WAY FUN!! i had this acct where a guy got an etf charged while he was in care and it made his bill over $300.00 and he got overdraft fees b/c he didn't know it was on the bill and he didn't look at it, but the etf was never supposed to be charged. i couldn't credit it and submit the case for the over draft fees. care couldn't credit it either. so now this guy has ove $350.00 in over draft fees from a charge we werent supposed to give him and we cant do anything about because of the conversion right now!! that situation was fun to explain to him
