Indirect dealers do not offer migrations, they make a commmsionable sale from sellinga new line of service, and features to with the new line of service.They tend to sell their phones cheaper then corporate, either Cingular stores or care, they take a loss on the device and make it on the back end for the "new line of service" where with a migration, you are already an existing customer, and they would simply money on the phone,and no commision to make up for that loss ,since its an existing line with an existing number, you being ported from ATTWS to cingular.
