Getting 2 new plans $69.99 Nation plan with 1100 daytime, $79.99 is being ditched, $84.99 is 1500 daytime and to top it off $59.99 Family is now $19.99 for the 2-5 lines OH and apparently up to 5 lines on GSM now.

Not until Feb.11/05 but there better then whats being offered and who hasn't been telling customers about the new/improved rate plans?
...
True. They were posted last week on this Forum.
...

🤣 🤣 🤣 😁

I HAVENT was told not to. Was told that I could lose my job if I spoke with customers about them until AFTER they were approved AND RELEASED. That is a break of the great big ole PROTOCOL
...
in my opinion, it is horrible compared to what is being offered when you consider the new data rates and the new family plan rates.
Notice how I execute the delivery of information, without disclosing proprietary info, which is of course, a gross violation of your non-disclosure agreement.
...
Yes, but so is the texting information that we were talking of earlier 😲
...
ohh i said that was a rumor; and i made the statement i didn't want to say anything proprietary so i was going to e-mail some one and also talking about prprietary information could deff. get some one fired as we were tlaking about in another thread
...
The point is in sales, there are going to be things that you tell to customers before they come out because they will be more beneficial for them to wait... Or for them not to. So from time to time information will leak.
...
Well from my call center point of view we are not suppose to be talking about them; and adv a cust to wait is compltetly different than publicly publishing new price plans before release

How many customers actually know about this forum? How many will share this info? Will it matter that this info got to a few people of the public 3 days before this takes effect?
I do apologize if I should not have given this info out, someone asked and reacted with a response to help them out.
I think this info will get the ball rolling and avoid confusing with the reprasentatives who didn't get the e-mail for the new rate plans. Plus, if they are here checking this info out, it will kinda be a pneumonic (I don't know how this damn word is spelt) way of remembering the info.
...
i accept your appology 😉
I didn't mean anythign towards you guys i just don't want to see anyone get into trouble especially if a high up from cing see's reps and employees doing this during the day i know this site will be blocked and i don't want that to happen at all

Duley noted and thank you.

Does anyone have infor on higher minute plan pricing. Specifically 2000-3000 minute range.
I currently have Superhome plan with 2550 mimutes. I'm thinking of switching to T-moblie to get 2500 minutes nationwide for about what I'm paying now!
...
2000 minutes for $99.99 and $149.99 for 3000... That also includes rollover, nationwide long distance, unlimited mobile to mobile, and unlimited nights and weekends.
...
....and it includes coverage. We can't forget the coverage.
A national plan with T-Mobile won't do you much good if you can't make a call.
🤣
...
Thanks! I'm kinda in a tough spot. My plan is 2550 min per month 99.99 (superhome) On Average I use about 2500 per month. Was hoping for a national plan taht split the difference in minutes and price!!!!
...
Well, if you're talking to other CW customers, the UMM will help you. Especially if more than 20% of your current usage is that. Plus (purely as an example, I don't know where you live moneyb) if you go outside your home area (Penn, Delaware, southern NJ, eastern MD for Philly customers) you get roam charges. Nation plan covers that. Plus, like Phoneshark says, what use is a 2500-minute plan when you can't get a signal... 😎

yes i do know what they are but cant say anything until they come out on the 13th. we were told by coporate not to say anything
...
we've already discussed that situation early in this thread thank you 😉
...
I HEAR YA. You can't do that. You go whitebird19. That information should not be released until the 12th or after. They very well could change before then, nothing is in stone yet.
...
yet but for anyone who has seen them on the 11 we will deff be discussing these new plans 👿
...
This info cant be released until Cingular releases them

Assuming that the info under that link is correct, I would say that the new plans are not better than the present ones.
...
I agree. I believe that you get more for what (10.00 more) when you want more minuted you have to pay for them. When you want more milk don't you buy it
