AT&T doesn't recycle.

Ok, I didn't agree when they decided to remove our coffee machines with gourmet coffees from our break rooms, but I got used to bringing my own.
Then, it was the TVs from our break rooms.
Now they take away our recycling bins? How much lower can they go?

Sorry they took away your coffee machine and tv, but I have to give them an A+ for doing away with recycling bins. Recycling wastes fuel.

Most people don't realize that recycling is an industry that only survives due to a multi-billion dollar subsidy from the government. It costs more to recycle paper than it does to harvest trees (that were planted for that very purpose...trees are a renewable resource) and make new paper. Consider the thousands of trucks across the country running every day for hours on end just collecting recycle materials. That is millions of gallons of fuel each year, dumping tons of toxic exhaust into the air just to "be green". And this is JUST from the collection stage alone.

I believe I read somewhere that aluminum was the only recycleable currently collected in mass that is more costly to produce than to recycle.

I think recycling is a good...

I remember the days when they PAID us for used oil after a home oil change. Now they demand extra money for "disposal"!!! so i dispose of it myself.
