I called AT&T customer care about my 3rd bad MOTO Z9 and the options they gave me suck. Its between the RAZR V9, SE 750 and the samsung SLM. All these phones suck, is there anything I can do to get a different phone?

What exactly do you want? The V9 is basically the same phone without Nav. If you must have Nav anything else is going to be much more per month.

I used all three in the store and they seem like downgrades, I do use the telenav and they told me i can use the tlenav service if i buy a GPS puck from best buy for $50, that to me sounds like B.S. I was hoping for something along the same lines as my phone or something better.

The V9 is the same phone except the Nav. The GPS receiver via BT is the only way to go. I doubt they will allow you to get the Q as it is more expensive than the Z9. Even if they do you will be more for internet with any smartphone. Do you want to do that? The Z9 is somewhat unique.

The Q is more expensive. I doubt they will give you that phone. You might try customer care but I am not sure if they can either. You could try getting a new z9 and selling it on ebay and seeing if they will allow you to do a exception upgrade, get the Q for $325 plus a $100 rebate. If you can sell the z9 for at least $175 you are about even.

I've used both and they are both great phones. make sure to upgrade to WM 6.1 if you get the blackjack though

Yeah we would direct back to warranty because it is a warranty issue. Plus if you did go through customer care you would have to pay something for the phone.
