Does Cingular have/allow OTA WAP Configuration?
I know SonyEricsson.com has it for Cingular, but for some reason it's not coming through. Does Cingular block this type of SMS?

Yes its disabled, its filtered by Cingular

If you are using a Cingular Device and Cingular sim Card, then you call customer care they can send out Over The Air updates and programming to the phone. If you aren't using a cingular device- such as an unlocked non Cingular Branded Device, you are kinda out of luck since if it ain't cingular's they don't support it.

Ok, they sent the settings to my phone, but it keeps going to the SE Wap page. What is the address of the Media net/cingular homepage? I tried http://wap.cingular.com and it says bad gateway.
