New Form of cust service
After being on this board a little while i think it would be a cool idea if cingular put like a forum on their website for cust service issues it would deffinatly slow calls to cust service

That would be great, but also difficult... The one thing that we used to have where you could email customer service issues, was great, but then they took it away. 😢

That what AT&T had. Go to their website, help, customer forums. CS reps were moderators. Saved me numerous calls to CS.

BUT WE ARE SLOW...hehehehe I like calls right now it makes my day go by quicker and im not as bored. Plus it helps me learn the new systems since ive only been taking orange calls since last wednesday. 😁 😕

How long will you be employed if you aren't busy?? I heard that Cingular is going to be cutting 6-7 thousand jobs soon and I would be worried if I sat around with nothing to do all day and waiting 10 minutes between calls. If I worked there I would love to be busy and know that they won't be looking my direction when the Bob's start picking who stays and who leaves.

Um...im not complaining about us being busy, i want us to be busy. That is my point.
