Voicemail Access Number

DoubleHelix

I know there are many ways to access the voicemail system.

1. dial yourself
2. dial a specific access number

I was given 401 369-6501 to retrieve my voice mail but I frequently get a "the number you have reached is not a working number" recording.

Are there other numbers?

Even though my service is based in Boston, I use it in New York?
Thanks

2X,

Hit *#61#, then talk, and it will tell you your vm pilot number.

Under messaging, then vm, then you can plug in your correct vm number. Plus sign is neccessary.
