I also posted this on the V551 forum...
I dropped my cell phone today in a parking lot, (moto V551) it got scratched pretty badly. Does anyone know where I could get that same face plate and antenna? They were both terribly scratched. Help!

New antennas are easy to come by, but an exact face plate may not be as easy. Many stores have antennas, but you may have to check motorola's website for the original faceplate.

I agree with zaakir! The most annoying part is getting those rubber stoppers out without scratching up the phone. I usually use the corner of a razer blade since it's so thin and causes the least damage to both the stopper and the phone.

The one on ebay are of different colors, I want the original face plate that came with the phone. I am not a teenager. I dont need a face plate with a weed leave on it, a peace sign, or worst of all roses. These are the ones I have found, I dont like any of them, this is why I want the original http://www.daydeals.com/Motorola_Motorola_V55 1_Accessories_Motorola_V551_Faceplates-p-1-c- 1353.html

Just remember, that by switching the face plate, and hell even the scratches the warranty is void, if its was less then a year old, not fighting just letting you know in case someting else happens

How would they now? If I change the face plate, I'll change it for the same face plate the phone came with (blue and sliver).

When you remove the face plate, there tabs that come off, thats voids the warranty, its not a new trick mthey put those in there to prevent "warranty fraud" but if you want to, go ahead, i can't stop you, but i can tell you when they do warrnty they do tech it out ,and thats the first thing ,then they charge back to your acco...
