BlueGuy is an ex-rep.

I was just informed that BlueGuy is an ex ATTWS rep. who was fired from his job. I know someone who works at HR @ HQ and my contact informed me of this after I inquired about him. He's just probably mad because he never got to work for Cingular. He is also mad that he's unemployed. 😈

Soon as I read this, i laughed my ass off, hold on gotta pick it up, an EX ATTWS rep, you know, technically you are right, there are no more ATTWS reps, I am a Cingular "BLUE" REp/Team Manager, and i'm working right now here, so that theory is shot to hell!!!!

not perfect, i just used the "ULTIMATE WEAPON" the truth, the truth acording to our companies policies and procedures, you may not like them, you may not respect them, you may think they are fair, but when you accepted ATTWs, now Cingular "BLUE" service ,you autoamticaly agree to ur terms of service, and anytime you get out of line, we can use these to put you back in your place!!!You can't beat the power, the power of the ETF!!!!!!

The majority of the poeple here are former atws customers who are ticked about the company going out of business, and who can't buy attws phones, and are just over all grumpy "CINGULAR BLUE" customers and they don't like the fact that to do anything like new plans, new lines,newphones,requires migration over to 'cingular ORANGE"

I don't have problems, except that customers THINK, and i use that term loosely that they know more then reps, they think ,well this other customer told me this but its true, Doctors tell you medical things, you don;t go and say my friend told that's not true so it mus not be 😕 , a lawyer tells that its illegal to do this, but your butcher tells you thats its not so the butcher must be right 😕

Wow!! if you now it's the customers problem and not the reps on this forum. Geez. I'm a customer is that what you think of me? Hate to tell you this I work at a bike shop and deal with customers all the time. Every situation is a case by case and we just need to deal with them. Ok, I do have a question for you? What is a loopset?

No, i just have had customers who have issues with them and they generally use a TTY device through the operator, ask about them.Also some people that use our phones have a loopset.

A) You can't get me fired, B)I'm doing what the company wants and doing it very well, following company p&p to the letter,and migrating customers onto "Cingular Orange" yeah me get fired- NOT!!!, i just got a Bonus for doing my job damn well, and for the most migrations in our Center, yeah, i'll be somewhere else -Not!!!!

Easy BlueGuy... You're a rep, I'm a rep. We both know that the customers are the only reasons we have our jobs and if they want to vent and disagree, I say let them. I am a customer to other companies when I leave the call center and it was the decisions of the business to say the customer is always right. I, for one, intend to abuse that statement until it falls apart. Just remember, its not our job to make them think we're right, its our job to make the customer aware of how its gonna be according to the company. Its a customers job to decide who they will listen to.

Do you guys realize that bickering between reps like you do on a PUBLIC forum makes us look really bad to the customers? What do you think they are going to think of the next rep they speak to after they read your postings? I for one don't want that customer because I dont think that will be a pleasant call. Im not out to force a customer to do anything, I will abide by out P&P but I WILL do what I can to ASSIST and HELP the customer.

Ok im done you can take what I said however you like. 🙂

If we make a cooperative effort and not respond to this guy maybe he'll shut up. The problem though maybe when we find he's giving wrong answers to the customer. Just look at what happened when a customer came online and asked about a gait phone! A simple question by a customer became a huge argument between all the reps and Blue. WoW! 🙄
