Old Q9h vs Silver Q9h
Alright if someone could shed some light on this that would be great.
One of the improvements of the new Q9h is crystal talk.
Well I swear after I updated my old (black) Q9h with WM 6.1 it did the same thing during a phone conversation as crystal talk dose. But I haven't been able to find anywhere is says this update would add that feature to the old Q9h. In my mind all the improvements made in the new Q9h really are only software dependant.

I believe the 6.1 update does add crystal talk. You mean it had the same issues as before the update right? What issues are those?
Crystal Talk essentially just adjusts the microphone and speaker after measuring background noise.

It is software dependent and I do believe the 6.1 update adds it. I'd say AT&T support forums, Motorola forums, or Motorola care would have a for sure answer for you.
