Every customer I show it to has questions about the little flap breaking. Anybody run in to that problem? Have you actually seen someone with a broken one?

I have several customers in my area that purchased this phone at another location downstate, only to have the flap break off because they were "shouldering" it and there was too much pressure. They have to REALLY mis-use it to break it, despite how flimsy the cover piece seems. Warranty Exchange doesn't cover that, unlike the cracking keys with the W580 phones awhile back. Suggest insurance if you sell this one, or buy insurance if you're a customer.
