LG L1400 & Samsung e317
Do either of the LG L1400 or the Samsung e317 have speaker phone? Also can the LG L1400 do video clips? Please help me!! I have looked on a lot of sites for the answers but could never find them. Thanks.

I read on the Samsung website that the e317 has video but the Cingular website didnt say. Are you sure it doesnt have video?

maybe playback, but it doesnt record video. I work for cingular and sell these everday. lg and samsung are the two top phones for defective returns. go motorola or nokia. much more phone for the money, and much less problems. if you dont mind the non-flip phones the 6230 is the best available. it does video, and has an expandable memory that is capable of holding up to a 1 gig memory card to store videos, and mp3s it truly is a bad ass phone

Thanks for your help. I still am gonna go with the L1400 or the e317 but its up to the rents which one they like better since its their money. but yeah thanks again for your help.

If you are Definitely gonna take one of those 2, take the Samsung- 3 reasons:
1)It does have video capture, so you can play videos just not record them.
2)The warranty, LG wats you now start sending the phones to them to be serviced, Samsung does not - YET!!!!
3)The LG are known for 3 issues a)hinges on the phones breaking, they go kinda fast but not covered under warranty, its considered "Wear and Tear", b)the reception on them is really phone, the antanae design hinderd reception.c)The LG phones are kno...

This tread is really getting me angry. I have a LG L1400 and love it. NOT ONE SINGLE PROBLEM. people always commplain about LGs but i have 6 of them(2 lg 4015s locked to attws, 1 lg g4020 locked to attws, 2 lg c1300s locked to cingular, and 1 lg l400 factory unlocked) i a currently a cignular ornage customer and had little or no problems with these phones except for replacing old attws simds on a 4015 and 4020 and battery replacement on the other lg g4015. otherwise no problems and would definatly recomment all of them especially the cingular branded ones sicne no problems at all. i like em so much that I bought a clear feceplate for my LG L1400 and replaced with oem one on friday. lgs are good if you have good luck with them like i do
