Direct Bill Charges

Anyone having trouble with their direct bill charges? It seems like to me that i'm being charged more than I buy, also if i dont recieve a download link, can i still challenge it and get my refund?

Login to the media net website under direct bill. create a login if you don't have one. pull up the ringtone and challenge it.

yeah, ive done that, but i can only do it twice. i know people have been scamming the system so thats probably why, but its not fair for those who really need to get a refund. will cust. service issue me a refund or credit or something if i call them?

We do have ways to escalate those type of issues, and yes it's only 2 due to people going in and challenging every single charge

Also just found out today, you can cancel your MobiTV sub thru the DB section! 😲 It's easy to do, it scared me... 🤣

db won't even let me get a refund for 2 charges...I haven't purchased anything with db for over 2 months, and this month, i did the free trial with mobitv, and I also downloaded and used mapquest mobile. I canceled the mobitv within a day and got the refund; however, the mapquest mobile application stopped working the same day I downloaded it, so I challenged the charge for that and they denied it. What's up with that??

That reason is that you are charged prior to download, if you agree to the download, you are charged, so even you get rid of it, soon as you download it, you are still on the hook for the cost of that download, which is why you were turned down, goes along the same way as...
