If anyone
works or knows someone that works in customer service or warranty...
PLEASE STOP SENDING CUSTOMERS TO THE STORE FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM. We can't do anything, nor sell them anything (because by now they're pissed off because they were just told to come into the store and now they're being told to go back home and call a number) 😡

If the phone is bought within 30 days it goes back to point of sale. Warranty will not swap the phone. That is the only time we direct back to point of sale. I wont send them to the store if over 30 days. The same works for the stores dont tell them to call customer care for warranty exchanges.. give them the warranty service number! 1-800-801-1101 it just causes us a transfer and causes the customer more headaches... LOL.

oh i know. And the point of sale was on the internet. so they come into a retailer and demand an exchange and you just wanna say, NO... you got it in the mail, you get a new one in the mail. thanks for shopping, check out this laptop card

LOL yeah.. we are supposed to send new devices ordered online to COR stores.. refurbs go back to ESTORE. People have a hard time asking probing questions.

If you are in COR, you are supposed to handle ESTORE exchanges if they come to you, even if it's a refurb.
You just need to tell them that there will be a price difference as we do not carry refurbs in store.

In some areas refurbished devices cannot be exchanged in COR stores... plus there is now a 20.00 restocking fee for phones purchased in a store... (but not online or dmdr or ccare)

we only refer cust that has under 30 days phone to the place where they got it. And normally they bought it over the store.
