power related issues
For those customers that has power related issues, it'll be best if you could try another battery first before calling in warranty department bec we are required to have you try another battery first. We could actually send you a battery for free if your phone is under warranty (no damage, of course) but it'll take some time to get to you.

Oddly enough every time we call in for battery issues you say it's not the battery, refuse to send a battery, and send a phone shell.
