It is a well known fact that everyone will battle over which carrier is better, which one is the biggest, or which one is the best.

Cingular has the largest customer base in the US, which is over 40 million customers. T-Mobile has under 20 million customers, but if you add in Deutche Telekom, they have over 50 million. Verizon was the largest carrier for quite some time.

T-Mobile offers 3 day weekends
Cingular offers Rollover
Verizon has great equipment

My point is, no matter what company you work for, or which one you subscribe to, each company has their own perks.

No matter what you say, someone will always try to beat you (I am sure someone will try to do it here). Just remember:

It doesn't matter how large your "carri...

I totally agree. I hate having to dig around the crap to find REAL information. When I need answers, I dont want to dig through the fights to find my answers. They should create a whole forum just for fighting. I have had sever carriers & they all have their pros & cons

Most equipment through VZW goes through extensive testing to make sure it is high quality. When saying that they have great equipment, i do not mean feature wise features are totally up to a persons taste). I am meaning that the equipment is reliable.

Every phone i have ever used with Cingular has never failed me. personally, i think a good percentage of phone failure is due to neglect. i take care of my phones. i see some people in my store that complain that their phone only lasted a year, and they hand it to me with dirt inside the battery cover, and scratches all over it.

maybe Verizon's phones can take more abuse, but with any device, if it is taken care of, will last - generally s...

Once again, it is good for buisness to have several big players. GM, Dodge, and Ford, Xbox, Nintendo, and Playstation, GSM, CDMA, and iDEN, Motorola, Nokia, and Samsung. Can you imagine what it would be like if there was only 1 company? Ultra-costly with crappy phones and horrible reception. Competition is good for the consumer.
