LG Shine Troubles

Okay, so my mom got the silver LG Shine when that was the only color, it was brand-spankin' new on ATT, and was $150. Due to reception issues and bluetooth malfunctioning she used her warranty to exchange for a new shine. But, because she pays no attention to what she is doing she broke it. It was in her pocket, screen outwards, and she ran into a table putting a huge dent in the phone and obliterating the underscreen, which she didnt notice until she went to answer it. She currently doesnt know what to do. She has been able to blindly make and receive calls, on again off again. My neighbor may or may not give her her phone and is hesitant. The man on the phone said a new one before she is able to renew would be promotion price plus 75 dollars. The woman in the store said that a new one would be retail price. Who's right and what is there to do.

Both. If you go to a COR store.. per CSP they can offer an exception upgrade. Now a manager has to be involved with both over the phone and at the store however you do have to meet certain criteria. How far are you into your current contract?

okay so you had the same issues too, because too many people here have told me they sold this phone without any issues.
