ATTWS phone upgrades
I have an ATTWS Nokia 6200 on a grandfathered ATTWS GSM National Family Plan -- is it possible to change phones on that plan without switching to a Cingular phone or price plan ???
My current price plan seems like a deal compared to what's being offerred by Cingular -- I get 900 minutes for $59.00 and 2 secondary lines for $9.99 each. I'm not using anything near the 900 minutes, but I'm afraid to downgrade and end up spending more.
So, how would one change ATTWS phones without switching plans and going into a new contract ????

What blueguy forgot to mention that you could always get a ATTWS GSM phone from a friend or off Ebay and you should be able to activate it and keep your plan.

i don't mention Ebay or a friend, cuz 9/10 that does not help, since Ebay phones have no warranty on them since they are Ebay, plus you spend more on them then for migrated phone.

If this was a call you would of gotten a defect for not fully explaining all options available 😁

ACTUALLY WE WERE TOLD NOT TO MENTION EBAY ,since by suggesting EBAY, that sounds like an endorsement, we are told to go through all "our' options, not every possible options, so not telling EBAY is not a defect, i know, I perform monitors on reps.
